The other night when i was talking with some friends about movies i remembered Jim Carrey's "Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind" and all these feelings i had hidden came rushing out.For a reason the message it delivered stay with me so i started to think how movies affects us in our way of thinking.
So let's see what they can teach us:
"Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind":I have a long time relationship and some times you may get tired or even angry and want a life without the other person.Watching this movie made me thought about the important things you have in a relationship and that they can overcome they difficulties that may naturally occur.
"Click":I know it's kinda of a stretch and an exaggeration of the classic "Work vs family" but makes you think what's the most important thing for you and what you are willing to sacrifice for it.And in the end what it rewards are most valuable to you?
"Thirteen":Relatively unknown movie and kinda too blunt but it made a point too.The classic story"good girl gets influenced by a bad person"in this case a girl and finally becomes "cool".Sometimes you see things that you want to be without knowing what they really are.And trying to become something you are not you stop appreciating the things you have with things you can easily obtain and lose.
"Rocky":There are times that you must prove yourself even when the odds are not in your favor.Even just to prove a point and go down fighting and as the "Italian Stallion" says:it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward...
